Class Overview

Slow down a bit at the end of the week with this cultivated blend of Slow Flow Vinyasa, ending in Yoga Nidra Meditation. We're slowing down the Vinyasa Flow, linking breath to movement, taking time in the poses without rushing to the next one. Using physical movement to release stress and calm the mind in preparation for meditation.   Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep in modern usage, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is a rejuvenating 'sleep' which relaxes the mind and bodily senses, promoting self-awareness in the process.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive early for your first class to sign waiver (no late-comers permitted; door will be locked 5 minutes after class start and no late-comers will be permitted and no refunds)
  • Located near the E/M/6 Lex/53rd St Stop, and near the R/W 59th/Lex train stops. The main street door is unlocked during business hours, students must buzz #700 after 5pm. The buzzer does not make a sound when unlocked, must pull the door.
