Qi Gong is a holistic practice that combines gentle movements, deep breathing, and meditation to promote balance and harmony within the body and mind. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, each session is suitable for all levels. No equipment or experience necessary!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive early for your first class to sign waiver (no late-comers permitted; door will be locked 5 minutes after class start and no late-comers will be permitted and no refunds)
  • Located near the E/M/6 Lex/53rd St Stop, and near the R/W 59th/Lex train stops. The main street door is unlocked during business hours, students must buzz #700 after 5pm. The buzzer does not make a sound when unlocked, must pull the door.
