Our b3 Strength workout is designed to build strength in mind and body, moving slowly and with intention. Our expert instructors will guide you on proper technique and body alignment, using heavier weights and resistance bands.   Please note there are no late arrivals allowed for b3 strength classes due to safety reasons working with heavier weights.
