Join us in the studio for a 45-minute b3 Mindful Flow class. b3 Mindful Flow is designed to improve joint range of motion, flexibility, and muscle tightness through a series of breath-driven, full-body flows combined with restorative stretching. This deep-dive into mindfulness, mobility, and active recovery will leave you feeling grounded and calm. Yoga mats and blocks are provided in the studio.   Please note late arrivals will be let into b3 Mindful Flow after the opening breath work and no later than 10 minutes post the start of class.
