Know before you go

  • All classes require traditional sneakers. We recommend lightweight cross-training footwear. Wear comfortable form fitting attire. 
  • The Hoboken studio is just footsteps from the 9th St.- Congress St. Light Rail station at 720 Monroe St. 
  • No previous dance experience is necessary. All classes are mixed level and open to all individuals.

Founded by two Radio City Rockettes, Jane DO offers the most fun and effective workouts for women. Jane DOs is based on the philosophy that it’s variety that keeps workouts challenging and bodies changing.
