Class Overview

This intense, but easy to follow class is a total body workout combining Pilates based toning and ballet-inspired cardio to target smaller muscle groups, lengthen your body and maximize your fat burning potential. This class covers fundamentals of Pilates and classical ballet incorporated with elements of dance, yoga, and strength training; Using high-repetition bodyweight exercises to encourage balance, correct spinal alignment, neutral pelvic placement, and abdominal awareness.

  • Bikes support SPD and LookDelta clip cycling shoes, or have cages for normal sneakers. Cycling shoes are not provided, but preferred.
  • Bring your own gloves for boxing classes.
