Class Overview

Experience what a real one hour dance class feels like with this unique fusion of hip hop, dancehall, reggaeton, and afrobeat music and dance styles. Class begins with the lights low and vibes high. Starting with a full head to toe warm up to the rhythm, you will practice foundational movements including isolations and footwork on the beat. Then, practice grooves and execution by learning specific dance moves and repeating them as a flow together. After the warmup, learn and practice a 30-60sec combination of choreography to a specific song of the week that you can show your friends, followers, or break out at the club! This class is an Advanced Beginner level.

  • Bikes support SPD and LookDelta clip cycling shoes, or have cages for normal sneakers. Cycling shoes are not provided, but preferred.
  • Bring your own gloves for boxing classes.
  • Bring your own yoga mat for yoga classes.
