NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Accessible. Friendly. Uplifting. This class offers a great introduction to ballet technique and is perfect for those who are brand new or returning to ballet. Includes Core, Ballet Barre, Arms, and Posture exercises. We recommend this class to anyone who is new to Everyday Ballet. Students may wear socks or ballet slippers. ALL LEVELS

Know before you go

  • There are absolutely NO LATE ARRIVALS. Allow at least 15 minutes to get buzzed in, go upstairs, and sign in for class.
  • Buzz the 5th Floor for entry.
  • Wear comfortable exercise clothes and a pair of regular socks (or ballet slippers) for class.
  • Bring water and/or a small towel as desired.

Everyday Ballet is accessible ballet training designed for adults! We deliver authentic, classical technique with small class sizes & exceptional personal instruction. NO BALLET EXPERIENCE NEEDED! But if you have some, that’s fabulous too!
