Beginner-Friendly, Calming, and Gorgeous. This class marries slow-paced movements with beautiful music. Includes ballet barre exercises, stretching, and ballet arms. If you are brand new to ballet, we recommend taking Basic Ballet Body once before doing this class. Students may wear socks or ballet slippers. ALL LEVELS

Know before you go

  • There are absolutely NO LATE ARRIVALS. Allow at least 15 minutes to get buzzed in, go upstairs, and sign in for class.
  • Buzz the 5th Floor for entry.
  • Wear comfortable exercise clothes and a pair of regular socks (or ballet slippers) for class.
  • Bring water and/or a small towel as desired.

Everyday Ballet is accessible ballet training designed for adults! We deliver authentic, classical technique with small class sizes & exceptional personal instruction. NO BALLET EXPERIENCE NEEDED! But if you have some, that’s fabulous too!
