SESSION TYPE: CONDITIONING / LEVEL: ALL LEVELS Tone House is an official training partner for HYROX Competitions.  This workout offers all HYROX participants the opportunity to prepare for the upcoming NYC event.  Regular TH clients and non-competitors are also welcome to register for this class. Hyrox Training may be booked using your Tone House package.
