Class Overview

What is the CircHIIT?It’s a high intensity interval training class, which combines several modalities of strength and conditioning, into 6 or 7 stations to form a complete circuit. The CircHIIT is a 55-60 min class, total body workout 100% of the time. Heart rate monitors are strapped onto participants and heart rates, calories burned, and output are tracked and televised on a TV in the studio. Your goal is to work hard and fight to get to the red zone. 7 STATIONS ARE: TrxBikesPull up barsRowersFitBenchTreadmillsCenter wild card – not in every class.Programming is varied every day. We have specialty classes called the CircHIIT Mixer and CircHIIT Breaker Day. Classes are capped at 12-16 people.
