Class Overview

The CircHIIT is high intensity interval training class, which combines several modalities of strength and conditioning, into 6 to 8 stations to form a complete circuit. The CircHIIT is a 55-60 min class, total body workout 100% of the time. 6-8 STATIONS ARE: TrxBikesPull up barsRowersFitBenchTreadmillsWild card(s) – not in every class.Programming is varied every day. You will ALWAYS Ride. Run. Row!  Monday - Focus - Legs Tuesday - Focus- Tabata-Total Body.                      (not recommended for beginners) Wednesday - Focus- chest/tris or back/bis Thursday- Focus- Shoulders/Abs Friday- CircHIIT Shortage - Focus- Conditioning bodyweight and band work. No weights. GREAT for beginners!  Saturday - Focus- Total Body - Partner Day- not recommended for beginners  Sunday - Focus - Total Body  Classes are capped at 12-16 people.
