Class Overview

Want to work on your endurance? Get in a quick sweat before or after work? Maybe you just wanna move a little and don't feel like lifting any weight. Or maybe you want to get better with rowing, biking or running? Great! CircHIIT Shortage is for you! 40 min class, featuring the bike, treadmill, rower and on some days some bodyweight and band exercises. There will be a warm-up, explanation of the workout around 30 mins on the equipment.
