THIS IS A GENERAL CROSSFIT CLASS. THE PROGRAMMING IS THE SAME AS THE ENTIRE DAY. WE HAVE NAMED THIS CROSSFIT CONDITIONING TO ALLOW NEW PEOPLE INTERESTED IN TRYING OUT A CROSSFIT CLASS THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO PRIOR TO COMPLETING FOUNDATIONS.  THURSDAY'S PROGRAMMING DOESN'T HAVE BARBELL MOVEMENTS AND SO THOSE INTERESTED I CROSSFIT ARE WELCOME TO JUMP INTO A CLASS FOR A DISCOUNTED DROP IN RATE.
