Class Overview

If you have never tried aerial before, this class is for you! Students will do conditioning drills for aerial and learn basic aerial techniques on both silks and hammock. The focus of this class will be on proper form, safety, and of course fun! It is recommended that students brand new to aerial take this class at least five times prior to beginning Level 1 classes.  If your level is beyond intro level, you will not be taught advanced moves beyond basic (climbing, figure 8 foo tlocks, aerial dance locks, hip key from the ground, wrist lock inverts, or any invert from the ground). If you are able to invert in the air, you will be asked to move up to level 1.  Your instructor will let you know if you are ready to move on to the next level (Level 1).
