Drip Sweat’s group training studio is the first to offer clients in the Washington Heights area the most progressive, carefully tailored exercise experience designed to build confidence, strength, and physical transformation. Their clients have the ability to partake in a 50-minute adrenaline pumping class varying from strength training, total body, boxing, kickboxing, and yoga.
