Class Overview

Every day different workouts, Strength & Conditioning workouts, muscle building and muscle definition enhancement, and total body workouts. Mondays and Thursdays are a total lower body workout which consists of squats, deadlifts, box jumps. Tuesday and Friday is an upper body workout, which consists of bench, pull ups and rows.
