Class Overview

Beginners MMA is basically a headstart for students wanting to go into MMA. Their MMA classes are taught by pro fighters and trainers from Long Island MMA. Their MMA program is a mix of , submission grappling, ground and pound, Wrestling, Boxing, kickboxing. This class is designed to get you conditioned and in shape for the advanced classes.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Team Savage MMA offers a variety of classes that teach self defense and help you get in shape. Programs start from beginners all the way to advanced. Beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on teaching how to move and apply effective submissions on the floor. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu does not rely on strength, but rather on concepts, techniques, positioning and leverage. BJJ utilizes takedowns, chokes, arm-locks, leg-locks, and cranks in order to control bigger and stronger opponents.
