STUDIO OVERVIEW

Physique 57 is a high intensity, low impact workout program that uses your own bodyweight as resistance. It is as safe as it is fun and effective. Physique 57's propriety process combines interval training (sprint, recovery) and strength training (targeted muscle exertion to maximize sculpting) through innovative and energizing exercise sequences. Not only will you transform your physique, but the workouts will empower you to push beyond your mental and physical limits. It's not easy, but that's exactly why it works.
