Class Overview

Pilates Fusion is a full body, high intensity, low impact workout. Utilizing the ballet barre, light weights, Pilates ball, Therabands, and Magic Circles, you will work isolated muscle groups in a “sprint/recover” format. Expect high reps, lots of bodyweight exercises, cardio bursts, intermittent stretching, and a serious burn! *All studio 2 classes are heated with state-of-the-art infrared panels. Infrared raises the core body temperature using radiant energy without raising the temperature of the room. Heated classes are not advised during pregnancy unless cleared by a medical professional. How to Prepare: Hydrate in advance - you will sweat! Wear athletic pants, leggings, and/or shorts and tops No shoes - keep those feet nice and clean! Bring water bottle Bring Yoga mat to class (required)* *Yoga mats can be rented or purchased at the front deskPlease Note: Please note: We encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to class, 10 minutes if you are a first time client. We do not permit late arrivals to enter into class once class has started. If you do not arrive by the class's start time, your spot will be given to participants on the waitlist who have arrived on time.

Know before you go

  • Studio 1 - Strength Rx, HIIT Rx, Fuse, Strike:Wear athletic pants, leggings and/or shorts and tops, and athletic sneakers; bring water bottle.
  • Boxing gloves (available for purchase or rent) and wraps (available for purchase) are required for Strike; put wraps on before class.
  • Studio 2 - Hot We Flow, Hot Power Flow, CoreCon, Pilates Rx, Pilates Fusion, Recharge, Dance Rx: Hydrate in advance - you will sweat! Wear athletic pants, leggings and/or shorts and tops; no shoes in studio 2. Bring water bottle
  • Yoga mat required for Studio 2 classes, except Dance Rx. Mats available for rent or purchase.
