Class Overview

This 45 minute class is a progression series, focusing on full body building strength and power over the span of 4 weeks. New movements will be introduced to the class and will be given the opportunity to perfect the exercise while staying challenged. The exercises are a mix of strength and power to optimize your overall athleticism. A variety of equipment will be used but not limited to Kettlebells, Sandbags, resistance bands, and ViPRs. Like all our original group classes, our new program follows the BSF signature format of training, which includes everything from our dynamic warm up to get your body ready to move to our cool down stretch for recovery.
