Class Overview

The 45 minute class is filled with high intensity, calorie burning, exercises using a wide variety of training tools and equipment. We also include elements of athleticism such a speed & agility and plyometrics Like all of our original group classes, Body Camp: SWEAT replicates the metabolic conditioning portion of our BSF signature personal training format which includes everything from our dynamic warm up to get your body ready to move to our cool down stretch for recovery.
