Class Overview

Kettlebell and Core is for those looking to take their workouts up to a high level using basic and advanced kettlebell moves and techniques, combined with various core exercises to create a great total body workout. The class integrates bands, slides, and other moves in combination with Kettlebell flows. Students will learn all about building "complexes" for a metabolic challenge that's sure to help get you results. Past kettlebell training is recommended. 75 minute class.
