Ultimate Gym Bushwick is a 2,500-square-foot fully-equipped gym with Thai Heavy Bags, matted floors, a boxing ring and all necessary equipment. They are dedicated to teaching the exact training regimen used by all Muay Thai camps and champions in Thailand. They strive to provide a safe and fun environment for both men and women, young and old, competitive and non-competitive students.

Know before you go
- You must arrive 10-15 minutes early before your class
- Please note classes are focused on martial arts training, not cardio kickboxing
- Wear comfortable clothing (shorts & t-shirts are good training attire)
- Bring 12-14 oz training gloves for women and 16 oz gloves for men if you have them (some available for rent)
- Bring shin guards and handwraps (some available for rent, handwraps must be purchased for $10)
- Bring great vibes and spirits for training
