Class Overview

Meditation involves focused attention and awareness, which has a wide range of benefits. This session will be building exactly that. Focus by observing the mind with guidance. Awareness by taking notice of the self which will then lead to a more mindful life and lifestyle. On Tuesdays we will concentrate on a Sill and Silent Meditation focusing on the Third Eye and Crown Chakra. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early we will begin promptly at 7:30am. Bring a journal. All levels are welcome!

  • Please send them a confirmation text at least two hours before the class at 862-236-3376
  • Please bring water and a yoga mat (rentals available $4) and feel free to bring any items that will enhance your experience (crystals, journal)
  • Please arrive five minutes before the class begins
  • Doors will be locked five minutes after the class start time (no rescheduling after that point)
