Class Overview

Gentle and slow-paced yoga is an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness in a nurturing and non-intimidating environment. It is often recommended for individuals recovering from injuries, dealing with chronic pain, or seeking a more meditative and restorative yoga experience. The focus on slow, intentional movements and breath awareness can bring a sense of calm and balance to both the body and mind. Encouraged for all levels. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class. Feel free to bring along any items that will enhance your experience, such as crystals, a journal, your yoga mat, and some water. Doors will close 5 minutes after start time.
