Class Overview
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing and meditative practice that guides you into a state of conscious relaxation while remaining fully aware. It is a systematic and guided meditation technique that promotes profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Sound bowls offer a unique and soothing sensory experience that can enhance meditation, relaxation, and overall well-being. Encouraged for all levels. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class. Feel free to bring along any items that will enhance your experience, such as crystals, a journal, your yoga mat, and some water. Doors will close 5 minutes after start timeClass Types

- Please bring water and a yoga mat (rentals available $4) and feel free to bring any items that will enhance your experience (crystals, journal)
- Please arrive five minutes before the class begins
- Doors will be locked five minutes after the class start time (no rescheduling after that point)
