Class Overview

In this 45-minute class, experience 30 minutes of a full-body challenge as you climb to an instructor-curated playlist, complete with dynamic choreography and an immersive light show. The climb emphasizes proper climbing technique and foundational Rise Nation choreography, while offering variations to challenge every individual. The climb will be followed by a 15 minute guided stretch.   (no prior experience is needed)
