Class Overview

This 45-minute class combines our signature instructor-curated, choreographed full-body CLIMB with strength exercises on the Isophit. This combination of two of the most effective tools on the market provides a high-intensity, low-impact workout that will increase functional strength, improve balance and stability, and increase metabolism, all while reducing the risk of injury!   All work is performed on the climber and Isophit and no prior experience is needed.
