Class Overview

This 45-minute class combines our signature instructor-curated, choreographed full-body CLIMB with core focused exercises on the Isophit. CLIMB + Core emphasizes proper climbing technique and foundational Rise Nation choreography, while offering variations to challenge every individual and concludes with functional core strengthening work complete with an immersive sound and light show. All work is performed on the climber and Isophit and no prior experience is needed.
