Class Overview

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that stimulates the parasympathethic nervous system to promote relaxation. Postures are held for several minutes and the focus is on stretching the deep connective tissues in your body to help release tension. This class is suitable for anyone. Props can be used to make the postures more accesible and passive.

  • Studio is located on the 2nd floor; note that the elevator is usually locked so please use the stairs. 
  • Bring your own mat and towel or rent them at the desk.
  • Full showers and lockers avalable at the studio (no need to bring your own lock).
