IM=X® Intermediate Xercizer takes the basics up a notch. Expect more sets and higher reps and a variety of challenging moves. Based on the work of exercise physiologist Elyse McNergney, this program utilizes exercise science concepts for a workout that is safe, smart, and effective for dramatically improved results.

IM=X® Pilates & Fitness offers pilates reinvented, re-choreographed, and reconstructed to include other physical disciplines. IM=X® updates older concepts and practices to reflect the newest research on fitness, cardiovascular training and spine stabilization; and thus is truly the next evolution of pilates fitness workouts. 

 

The variation within IM=X® makes it possible to welcome everyone from the “couch potato” to the professional athlete. We offer a powerful version of Pilates style exercise plus cardio, tower, barre and weights – total cross conditioning success!
