Crunches are boring, IM=X abs are not! These ab sequences are designed to fatigue and challege the abs. Isometic, isotonic, concentric, eccentric exercises that target the transversus abs, internal/external obliques, rectus abdominals and pelvic floor result in superior core strength (40 minutes).
