Class Overview

This new group works hard and celebrates hard, together. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced runner, Mecka Run Club welcomes all levels. Offering a variety of distances and paces, MRC will vary the programming each month to help you track your progression. We will always meet at one of our locations to warm up, but the road is where we find our work. We will finish the evening nearby, at a local business, with the option to stay and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals. We’ll unwind and rehydrate at one of our great neighborhood spots. Book with your regular Mecka membership or purchase a class credit. Beginners: go at your own pace & our coaches will provide cues to keep you moving forward. Advanced: look for tips on efficiency, pace & endurance, and to be pushed even further. Drive, encouragement, guidance and sweat - it’s all you need. No matter your level, if you run, you’re an MRC runner. Class runs rain or shine but for extreme weather we will make a call 90 minutes in advance.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive ON TIME or early for class, especially if you are new to the facility (electronic waiver will need to be signed)
  • If you have any limitations or injuries you MUST let your coach know at the beginning of class so they can properly modify the workout for you
  • Food and beverage at the studio is credit card only (please visit the front desk to add this information)
  • Please read the street signs and park accordingly
  • Locker room hours are from their first class and through closing time (No one is permitted to leave any belongings overnight)
