Class Overview

The class includes 10 stations of 10 exercises. Each station is demonstrated to participants and a small warmup will be completed. Each station consists of a 40 second work time and a 15 second rest time. Rotating Clockwise, the 15 seconds of rest is the time to transition to the next exercise.  Each round has a 2 minute active rest with an optional round in the parking lot (small or big lap). The class consists of 4 total rounds with the active rest on each round. The Cooldown is done after the rounds are completed individually.

Intrinsic Training provides functional strength and conditioning classes that can be tailored to any age or fitness level. Their experienced coaches help clients and class members with important form queuing and proper technique coaching to avoid injury and build confidence with weight training.
