Class Overview
This 50 minute Flex Barre class is a resistance based Barre class that utilizes Flex Kords attached to the Barre for a unique challenge! Flex Barre is a class for everyone - regardless of your experience level. We'll focus on mobility, flexibility and building strength by slowing down the tempo but keeping the energy high and giving you that burn you know + love! Motivating beats inspire us as we move with intention + purpose to bring challenge through every inch of our bodies. This class is heated to approximately 85 degrees. *Grip socks are required for Flex Barre + can be purchased in our boutique*Class Types
