This 1-hour class offers a combination of traditional boxing training with a comprehensive full-body lift. STUDIO OVERVIEW

Newport Boxfit is a type of group fitness exercise like no other. You will train like boxers have for hundreds of years and reap the benefits of a boxer's workout without the person-on-person contact. Classes are fun, interactive, and designed with one aim in mind - your fitness. Classes are a one-hour long full-body workout that incorporates all the fundamentals of a boxer’s workout incuding jump rope, shadowboxing, pad work, heavy bag work, plyometrics, abs and lots of heart pumping exercises in a fun and motivating environment.
