Class Overview

This is a SPECIAL mash up class of all 3 of our class styles here at SEEK. Its a great way for new students to get to know us, and for existing students to enjoy a little bit of everything you already love about us! The triathlon starts with 20 minutes of cycling and 20 minutes of strength training. We'll divide the group in half, with one group starting on the bike, and one group starting with strength work. The cycle portion will include powerful cardiovascular training intervals, hills, and drills - we promise this part is also a good time and all levels are welcome. The strength training portion will focus on core and upper body work to balance out the leg work in the bike segment. You'll use free weights and kettlebells for a dynamic upper body workout. We finish the triathlon in our yoga room, where you'll get 20 minutes of feel-good movement and plenty of time to stretch out and chill out after all that work! Our triathlons are always a good time - come as you are - work hard or just have fun - and enjoy a unique trio of all things SEEK!

Know before you go

  • Park in the lot on the south side of the building, or along the neighboring streets
  • The studio is upstairs on the south west side of the building, Suite 201
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure proper check in and set up
  • CYCLE classes: If you are not present at least 5 minutes prior to class, your spot in class will be given up and you will not be admitted to class 
  • Yoga mats for rent for $2
  • Cycle shoes are free (feel free to bring your own if you have SPD compatible)
  • Box water, coconut water, and a variety of hydration powders and pre/post workout snacks are available for purchase
