Class Overview

HYBRID is a 60 minute class designed to both stress a focus muscle group(s) AND replenish it all in the same session. It blends 40 minutes of heart pumping interval strength training directly into 20 minutes of targeted recovery yoga to further engage the muscle fibers.   This format helps to prevent injury and allows you to take the time to adequately restore your body after an intense bout of load bearing work.   • Please wear comfortable workout attire and shoes
  • Check the class schedule and description to see what items or props are needed for your class (Yoga mat? Blocks? Gloves?)
  • Parking can be tight at times. Please use the available spaces in the Park Blvd parking lot or street access parking on El Cajon Blvd, Georgia or Howard
