Class Overview

Pilates Suspension combines traditional and contemporary mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises and performs them on the suspension trainer. Each exercise is Pilates rooted and incorporates the elements of balance, stability and strength building by using the suspension straps on some of the moves. Grip socks recommended. Non-Heated
