Class Overview

Yoga nidra yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between being awake or asleep.The body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a guided meditation. The body is completely relaxed but the mind has full consciousness.  The yogic goal is to find a state of meditative consciousness called samadhi. This regular practice reduces tension, anxiety, and could benefit in headaches, stress related illnesses, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, aids and with improving our coping mechanism.
