Class Overview

This is a popular full-body workout that uses the suspension of two straps utilizing your own body weight to build muscle while combining cardio with strength training. This class requires workout shoes. Bring a towel. Due to limited space, we ask that you please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to class time if you are unable to make it or you will be charged a $10 service fee.
