Class Overview

The b3 Cardio workout is an energetic, circuit-based class designed to build aerobic fitness and core strength. Our focus is on breath and body alignment as we rev the heart rate through large range functional movements. With options to modify throughout, this class is designed for all fitness levels--it's heart healthy and a ton of fun! Join us in the studio--bare feet are encouraged, or indoor-only shoes if you prefer.
