Class Overview

This is a Hatha style yoga class in an open level class format. The focus is on supporting you as you go deeper into your practice of Yoga. You will work on poses, breathing and being in your body as you move at your own level. Some yoga experience is helpful.   Recommended Props: yoga block, blanket, bolster and strap.Substitutes for block: water bottle, book, or ball.Substitutes for bolster: thick blanket or cushion.Substitutes for strap: belt, leash or jump rope.

  • Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring water if you'd like!
