  • Street parking is available. Ballard Health Club parking lot is reserved for members with paid permits.
  • Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring water if you'd like!
  • If it is your first visit to Ballard Health Club, please bring a photo I.D.
  • Front Desk Hours - Weekdays 5:30am - 10:00pm -  Weekends 8:00am - 8:00pm
