Class Overview

This non-stop, never get bored workout is scientifically proven to increase metabolism, endurance, and athletic performance, while also decreasing bodyfat. The Tabata formula is 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Series is repeated 8 times then moves on to another sset of exciting exercises. Open to all fitness levels.
