Class Overview

Booties, Bellies and Core was co-created in 2021 by Nicole Ellis and Karyn Golgart. It’s a 30 minute total body workout inspired by Urban Dance Fitness. It incorporates both body weight and resistance band exercises as well as cardio. The class is structured in 6 week sessions. The first 2 weeks of a series we use light or no resistance, the middle 2 weeks we use medium and the last 2 weeks we bump up to heavy resistance. After the 6 weeks are up, we start again with a whole new series! Like Urban Dance, the workout routines are set to great music and designed in such a way that beginners up to advanced fitness levels are welcome. This class is an excellent addition to any workout schedule.
