Class Overview

Looking for a fun new way to exercise with dance that's low-impact? Having a hard time fitting a work out in with your busy schedule? Working through an injury or a person on the go? Try belly dance! Whether you want a workout, dance, or a little of both, have fun learning dance movement through muscle awareness and strengthening. Belly Dance courses cover the basic foundation movements of bellydancing by building on steps learned from week to week. These courses are easy to follow, easy to retain, and fun! It will also provide you with a low impact workout that improves flexibility and coordination.
