We ramp up to an intense level (still your own intense) and then bring it down for a few moments as a recovery only to go right back at your intense. Thus the intervals.
We love this class because it will push you to YOUR edge, give you the opportunity to connect to your breath and purpose and then push you again, and again.... and again.
You can lose weight, build muscle, and boost your metabolism with this method. Plus it's said that your body will burn calories for about 2 hours after you exercise as well.
