Class Overview

Pilates are controlled movements designed to build flexibility, develop a solid core, and improve coordination and balance.   Hot Pilates is a combination of invigorating vinyasa flows with Pilates core for an challenging overall practice.   You will leave knowing that you put in the extra work required for results. If done correctly, you only need to incorporate a class a week, to compliment your yoga.
